Understanding ADHD & Yourself

  • For ADHD and neurodivergent clients, this is a space to better understand how your brain works—your strengths, challenges, and patterns. Together, we build self-compassion, reduce shame, and develop strategies that actually fit you.



Goals, Structure & Ongoing Support

  • We work collaboratively to set realistic goals and create systems that support you. With a balance of structure, flexibility, and encouragement, you’ll build skills like time management, focus, and organisation—while having support and accountability along the way.





A little About Me


Hi, I’m Avalon Collier, a counsellor with a passion for supporting you as a whole person—not just your challenges, but your strengths, story, and the way your mind works.

I have a particular interest in working with ADHD and neurodiverse individuals, helping you better understand your patterns, build self-compassion, and find practical ways to navigate everyday life with greater confidence and ease.

With experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, and shaped by my own lived experiences, I offer grounded, supportive care that considers the emotional, relational, and personal aspects of your journey. My approach is guided by compassion, respect, and a deep belief in your inherent worth and capacity for growth.

I aim to create a safe, welcoming space where you can feel truly understood and supported as you move toward meaningful, lasting change.
