I can help you:
It’s time to start moving through life with confidence and compassion. My goal for all my clients is to help them understand and embrace their brain, manage its quirks, and handle both the good and hard days with grace. I use a mix of approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and psychoeducation. I hold a Diploma of Counseling and will soon complete my Advanced Diploma of Interpretive Practice, which combines both counseling and coaching practices into one holistic approach.
Counseling is a safe space to talk about what’s on your mind and work through challenges like stress or anxiety. I’m here to listen, support, help you find clarity and discover tools to live a better life.
ADHD coaching helps you navigate the unique challenges that face a person living with ADHD, and explores how to build on your strengths. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan to stay organized, reach your goals, and thrive with confidence!
I support you as a whole person—not just your challenges, but your strengths, story, and the way your mind works.
I have a particular interest in working with ADHD and neurodiverse individuals, helping you better understand your patterns, build self-compassion, and find practical ways to navigate everyday life with greater confidence and ease.
With experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, and shaped by my own lived experiences, I offer grounded, supportive care that considers the emotional, relational, and personal aspects of your journey. My approach is guided by compassion, respect, and a deep belief in your inherent worth and capacity for growth.
I aim to create a safe, welcoming space where you can feel truly understood and supported as you move toward meaningful, lasting change.
Feel free to fidget, lay down, walk around, or even chat while doing the dishes—whatever helps you feel comfortable.
